    Thanks for sharing PhantomCap. Interesting that their "assessed value and 12m price target" is within cooee of GIR's closing price and 12m high. A "Speculative High Risk Buy" ? Hmmm .. brokers ..thought we were speculating when it was 20 odd cents...
