I read it too !   My suggestion is that the baby has been thrown out with the bath water.   Its a "boring" fund management business and I dont know about their $15 odd, target, but I would see it realistically reaching about the $11.00 mark.... Still not bad upside from the current low price.
I dont know why its so low... but dont forget that Mr Market isnt always logical and this is the lowest it has been in almost 5 years.
I respect Bell Potter and for a company to have forecast double digit earnings growth and be at such a low price, looks to be a reasonable punt. Good div yld too if they dont cut it....
