It's a 12 month target. Not a right now target. They recommended this when it was 37c and it went to $1.20.
They were right all along, until the company came out with well bellow expectation results.
They have been right about many companies: APT, OTW, PPS, PNC, EXL.
Good luck with your shorting. They are easily the best of the stock analysts.
