The legality issue runs much deeper I think.
In company updates from chairman, it was stated that ViewNVivo was going great and CZM certification was very close. When did the underwriter sold his allocated shares if any?
When did company became aware that certification will take longer? Why was it not announced to market that VNV has not gained market share?
