SMM is managing any JV, including that one with RSG, now bought by PDN and subject to a court battle.

That means to me that should SMM get the go ahead with mining, its first choice could well be the 100% owned rich Andersons deposit. If it decided to mine that first and assuming that deposit will be mined alone without mining another deposit at the same time, then any JV partner may just have to wait.

Obviously SMM will try to get a solid cashflow going and the best choice will be Andersons at the moment.

SMM is shaping up as a first class proposition having claimed much of the very prospective land around Mt Isa.
