Very briefly - there are so many more stories of a current nature where people might have a more justified case of feeling dudded - e.g.Opes Prime and some of those other "margin lending" entities just to mention a few. The facts are that there was more than ample time for anyone including then holders of the old CHM stock to put together a competing offer to the administrator and absolutely nothing happened. In addition the perpetrators of the demise of the old CHM are the ones to go after and i fail to see why Whitbread (from the old CHM camp) is so possesed in aligning himself with that bunch of people. He and they will fall on their swords for sure!!
As for MMX - just take a look at the share price over the last few months - must be a stunning management team round there - couldn't run a piss up in a brewery (now i am being unprofessional!!!).
