in summary they have been in disasters like mfs and credit corp and others, they fundamentally think rat is o.k., but their disasters have shot their confidence to pieces so they have no trust of any management when the share price tanks.
their argument is the stock is trading so cheap that the sellers know something that everyone else does not so better to salvage something back.
