Hi BPO holders

In the october 2009 appendix 3Z for Leo K it stated that through Beijal Ltd he held 39m BPO shares (along with holdings in his own name and Gun Capital)

Todays release only has his Gun capital and personal name holdings.

So what happened to the 39m shares?

Was it an oversight in the BPO release (which they would presumably correct)?

Or did he sell 39m shares in BPO and not disclose to shareholders?

Any ideas anyone?
