IMO, any Board changes from what we had is an improvement

I'm more comfortable with this Board. Evan Cross, a non Exec director, is also a major shareholder through Fullerton Capital. Jason Peterson, although not a Board member, is a stockbroker and also one of the largest shareholders...in fact, he took up most of the shortfall in the cap raising

Mr Digby has experience in the biotech sector( Ecoquest) but also has substantial experience working in the Asia-Pacific region, something which will be invaluable in this latest deal

I also don't believe it will be a " one trick pony"....They have stated on numerous occasions that they are looking for new technologies too

I hope they will turn it around
