Head office should be where the cost cutting starts....get rid of the Spring Street office!!

Management should be based at one of (or both) distribution outlets (Sydney and Melbourne) and they should have to pull a 1-2hr shift every other day (alternating among the team) on the factory floor to get orders filled and deliver to customers before the shipping deadline each day and ensure we are running an efficient online business. That in itself would help deliver better margins!!

CEO, COO, etc should all take a paycut of varying levels (relative to package) to ensure cashflow is positive this quarter.

No acquisitions can be considered at this level, unless they are giving them away, too many shares would need to be issue and they don't have the cash to start new channels, they need to sweat and grow the assets they have......keeping current customers happy, making them repeat customers and rewarding referrals has to be their number 1 priority!!

A business with this much revenue should easily be profitable when the excess is cut away and run in an cost effective manner.
