I do not see yet again anything new that was not covered in their Quarterly Report.
Most programmes will now commence in the second quarter, as God only knows what has happened in the last quarter and the one before that etc.
They still have lots of cash around $22mil, but possibly confused with what to do with it in all this time, and have missed out on opportunities.
I still hold and like the rest are hoping a turn around will happen in 2010, that we have all hoped would of happened since 2006 and possibly before that.
