I understand your Negative sentiment for Management,
However I don't agree that the Directors wouldn't want to maximise gains out of any takeover bid Cliff's may have in mind even if they picked up most of their stock for free.
They state that "The company comprises a team of highly experienced geologists and geophysicists with a great breadth of technical and managerial expertise across most mineral commodities". Unfortuneatly they have not included PR as one of their strengths.
The hold more than 39,000 km2 of exploration title spread over 13 project areas so we can only rely on their stated expertise to bring some meaning to that statement.
