It's probably someone like Novus Capital in Melbourne. Apparently there is an advisor there who claims to be close to the company.
What is interesting is the unusual trading pattern last Wednesday when the stock "popped" over 20%. Very little on Thursday and then Trading Halt Friday and Tuesday with suspension today - not encouraging signals.
Looks to me that whoever is raising money is struggling to do so. I would hope for those who subscribe to the raising that there is a nice discount built in for them!!
There would want to be in this market!
