Proabably most of the above.

I do find it interesting that SP jumped 25% just before the announcement - usually SP will fall. Also Singapore investors, directors, and Novus clients all piled in at 8c or more.

Hopefully all this means that CR will be at a higher price that 8c. I don't say "decent price" because SP is still at bargain basement levels at the moment.

Almost certainly to North Americans for the TSX listing. Hopefully insitutions who will perhaps buy more on market and strengthen the register.

How much will be raised? Perhaps $1M with more subject to ratification at the AGM?

Whatever the outcome hopefully the cone if silence will be lifted and newsflow will start again.
