It will never be a Westfield but the tax losses will be useful to new majority shareholder.They may consolidated/reduce shares on issue and move along with their business model,although the concept is a little outdated and well-used.The secret is for new management to acquire good cheap assets, but easier said than done as that is a crowded space.
