we are of track here Dolce..

what I mean to say regarding initial post your referring to:

If or when the FS is done (regardless of who does it), if and a big IF we are worthy of producing/mining, our Management team have no experience on how to make this happen other than seek a JV or a Merger.. this is simply what Im saying..

due to the size of the likes of Oposura I dont think a JV or Merger will be as profitable for shareholders in the long run from this point forward due to dilution and CR's needed... but time till tell... lets just get to a FS first and foremost...

As far as Teck goes, well your guess is as good as mine from here on... I think Teck are playing games with Azure, thats my opinion... for example, lets say Azure begin to financial deplete rapidly and cant source or raise the money needed to get the likes of Oposura into production, or simply lets say the FS is a fail... Teck then know Azure is desperate, hence may offer to buy back Alacran, wouldn't be the first time such a play has taken place, after all Teck are far from desperate or lack revenue gains... Lets say Teck decide to let go of Alacran at some point, where the heck are we going to get money from to do anything with it, and at what expense will it come at?... lets just live in hope that the latter is so far from the truth... lets live in hope that a FS proves worthy and somehow these guys educate themselves how to get a tenement into production without giving away the cream...
