They just did an oversubscribed placement of 53 mil shares. Were only planning to place 38 mil, but perhaps due to the level of oversubscription they raised all they had approval for incl the extra 10% placement capacity.
So we now have 115 mil shares on issue by my calcs with MW/Cicero controlling 97mil of those (84%).
There is no capacity for further placements without new resolutions being passed.
