I guess in theory the extra shares to be issued could create more liquidity for retailer investors to purchase. However I doubt this will be significant given the previous raising of 30mil shares 6 weeks ago have been tightly held and do not seem to have come to market at all.
Think about it, the Cicero investors are MW inner circle. They are investing exceptionally large amounts of cash in to a SHELL company with no inherent value. Thats because they understand the nature of this project is to acquire a top class new venture worth substantially more than the current shell and its cash holdings. Like everyone on this thread they know these shells multi-bag in profit and like you and I aren't selling for a few pips.
Furthermore, being MW's inner circle they have a much better understanding of what the intentions are so even more secure in their investment than retail investors. Lastly, Im sure there's a good understanding between Matthew Walker and his business associates/investors not to sell until the deal's done and SP appreciation is well and truly on its way.
