Mathew Walker/Cicero decided that the recent CR at 4c would be for only ~30m instead of the approved 70m.
As a result of that, my guess is that the party that owns those two 500k sells, which are well away from the trading action, didn't get as many shares in the CR as they wanted so they have now put the sells up to try and prevent the SP from going up and soak up some shares around 5c.
God bless them as I have been able to pick up a few more myself.
