Good to see things are moving here and the train is in motion - let the fun begin!

I also noticed that the amount of capital raised and shares issued is significantly less than was approved.

I'm no MW/Cicero inner sanctum investor but it's not hard to join the dots.

MW has already loaded up before this CR and doesn't want to dilute himself any more than he needs to.

So he has raised how much we need for now and will raise the rest at a higher prices - have a look at his other shells and CRs; ie. SRT's last few CR's: last was 1.25c, before that 0.008c and before that 0.007c...

Other interesting thing was that they issued a number of shares that would make the total on issue equal to exactly 62m - coincidence or all planned?

So at 62m shares on issue, market cap at 5.1c is $3.1m with $1.2m in cash.

Compare that to SRT; SRT undiluted market cap is $13.8m with about $2m cash - massive difference but they are at different stages but shows where BLZ will be at a minimum in the short term and should have better returns than SRT as it has a much better setup, imo.

Also, BLZ's 62m shares on issue is the least amount to shares for a shell that I can think of - any others lower?

Also, consolidation is out of the way.
