Why are these tier 1 user-based enterprise agreements (eg with Bechtel, Fluor, Exxon Mobil, AECOM, etc) so good for Aconex?
This is Leigh Jasper, during the recent AGM: "We have seen a strong ramp up in our user-based customers with the total Bechtel, Fluor and Exxon user numbers doubling last year. "
To understand just what that means, have a look at Bechtel's current active portfolio, as reported by IIR, and do the maths.
Bechtel's $152 Billion in Active Projects Fueled by Demand for LNG, Natural Gas-Fired Plants, an Industrial Info News Alert
Facilities built by Bechtel account for nearly one-third of global LNG capacity, according to the company. Industrial Info is tracking more than $152 billion in active projects involving Bechtel, including nearly $70 billion that are under construction.
Soon they will need to add the $US15 bn Driftwood LNG plant to that under construction figure.
