DB, the options are being exercised so they can pickup the extra 1c on the Heads because the options are being sold at a discount by holders - you have to have fairly deep pockets to make that work. Don't know how many were gifted - sorry. I don't think the ones being exercised is a problem.... but holders prepared to dump them is........ R
