I wouldn't expect beach to be changing their bid for some weeks yet. They have no reason to....yet.

Just do the numbers....when this started beach had 20% and walker had 18%, so when they hit 50% they will have only secured 12% of the rest!! They still have to get three times that amount before they can go unconditional at 85%.

Now a few red days and some folks closing out before xmas could change all this...however, I would expect most shareholders would know this is going on by now...so that means they are all waiting for our management to come out with the valuation, or a better offer.

To me it looks a long way from over.
