In for a quick cuppa and a scone and jam, and I can hear where you both, The Fatz and HankimBall, are coming from.

They (BPT) went hostile because they knew full well that they wouldn't have stood a chance of getting us on the cheap via a proper Takover tactic/procedure, and without having to dig very very deep in their pocket to do it the way they should have.

And IMO, another reason as to why they went hostile, was because they didn't succeed at getting the options they were demanding from us. They got knocked back and on the head about that part, so, as they feared that someone else could have jumped into bed with us thus making it harder for them to take control of us, they decided to move hostile instead.

Don't anyone forget that they were prepared to take those options at an exercise price of 40 cents from memory. So, what does that tell you, besides knowing full well that we are worth a hell of a lot more than what they are offering now, lol.??

After all, if they were prepared to pay 40 cents for the options, why do they now think that 20 cents is a fair price ??? It makes no sense at all, if you ask me.

And asides from them putting the scare on us by saying about the possibility of reducing our liquidity if the T/O didn't proceed, they have nothing else to support their offer.

As for the fact that they've insinuated about the reduced liquidity, what is there to support those scaring talks when we consider that between themselves (BPT) and Mr Walker they already owned approx. 40% of the shares on issue, and that none of those shares were traded at all previously ?? Did that reduce the shares liquidity while those shares belonging to them weren't traded ?? No not at all. So why should it do it now, lol.

The Company has now announced that we should not sell, and that we shouldn't be concerned about the remarks that are circulating around here in regard to BPT pulling out and possibly dropping the price on offer. They simply cannot do that, until the offer expires. So, IMO, it should clarify and reassure the remaining investors, that there is the possibility of only one way from here, and that is an upwards increase in the offer price.

Most importantly, for the ones that will sell, or that have allready sold, they will not be able to receive any benefits, if there are any to be gained at some stage or another down the track, and will miss out altogteher.

I have rang the company and discussed the current issue with someone there, and I was told that they have someone engaged to prepare a report as to show to the market our rel value.

I am running out of time now and have to go. But IMO all I can tell you form talking to them is to wait and have patience.

I will not sell, and most probably I will load up.

    DYOR.

    Buddy
