If the deal was done "behind doors" as you wrote, the Company wouldn't have made some announcements to the market today not to take any actions and that we (The Board) consider the offer undervalued.
As such, there has been no deals at all made/reached behind closed door.

I really don't know as to why you post those unsubstantiated comments bigukraine, especially when you hold no shares.

IMHO, you sold out and, as you missed this opportunity, there is a little sour grapes in there.
