Yes mate of course the auditor is going to do that given EMS isn’t profitable nor demonstrating a path to profitability.
But IMO EMS have access to capital should it be required, and all that is to be determined is at what price.
But im not of the opinion that we are about to be hit with an equity raising. That was where my comment was coming from
