"I don't see a credit risk factor for EMS." is a ridiculous statement given that the auditors basically qualified the going concern principle in the last set of accounts Livas.

The only reason not to see a credit risk for EMS is because we're all such generous shareholders when it comes to backstop capital raisings!

There are only two things that will get this puppy through the EMSOA event IMO. One is the report (a poor history of management communication likely negates the efficacy of "the report is on its way soon honest" announcements also).

The second is concerted Director buying of the head stock. Also pretty unlikely given their previous actions.
