there is no reason that RHM could not provide a timeline with milestones to be met as the 'project' progresses - no one is asking RHM to reveal the content of confidential discussions - the people at RHM are using the Humphrey Appleby 'national security' excuse and it's pathetic..... they are choosing not inform the market....
IMO they are not interested in doing anything until 2011.....
