i am not sure if anyone has already alerted ADE s/h to this issue.

this is an On-market offer.

the very big difference is, if you sell your shares into the on-market offer of beach, then you do so at that 20c price.

IF Beach later increases its offer, you do not get that increased price !

(if it was an off-market offer of 20c, and Beach later increased its offer to say 22c, and you accept that off=market offer, then you do get that increase of 2c).

Beach has to keep its offer open for the offer period (maybe 3mths??), so you probably don't need to rush to accept. you can take your time, and maybe see what Mr Walker does.
Because Beach will want 100%, and if Mr Walker wants more than 20c, then Beach will need to talk to him.!
