BDR project is unprofitable. One excuse or another, they keep finding to come out and not to meet production criterion.

Happy to bet 100 dollar that BDR plant upgrade will not be completed on time (I mean full upgrade not just putting a large drum and telling everybody it is done)

Full upgrade means Increased Production as promised has started. I doubt it will happen. Zero Hope
