If the company wants the additional $15m or so from shareholders I would think they would give some updates.
With the dual listing and the Market Makers in the USA I would anticipate after the merge and issue of new share in Americano I would feel the share price will be much much higher than todays price.
The instos that have just put in the CASH will surely see to that.
