If Intec, and even their stratetgic partner Veolia (who are in the business of waste) have been unable the find a continuous waste feed source and there is now no chance of the BDP being used for rare earths, Then it stands to reason that the BDP will eventually close. This leaves only the IRC and intellectual property (and this seems unsure as patents run out next year) as a share price driver. Not a very bright future, if one at all.
