I think it works only if you are the named nominee
It appears the shares may be held in trust for them
If it was that easy, the landowners themselves can call an AGM at 17% ownership
The fact that they dont, and the fact that there is no landowner on the Board tells you the landowners are not able to exercise their own shares
Or so it seems
Nobody knows for sure what the trust agreement actually says
I dont know anyone who has seen it
