You are possibly right but, under corporate law, its easy to force the issue.

Surely they just have to call an EGM & put it to a vote. Their numbers could spill the board & have a completely new board. All that would be required is communication with, & co-operation from, the PNG Gov, & the will to do it.

To be honest, my opinion is the ABG, or more specifically President Momis, wants nothing to do with BCL & leaves it at that.

Also, I think the ABG are paranoid about the court case & BCL suing them, & are trying to appear neutral, although how that is possible with the huge conflict of interest beats me.
