Linking the BCL of today to the civil war is certainly an attempt to take the lowest of low roads. As for the Customary Heads they remain the lawfully recognised representatives of the title holders & of course include landowners themselves. If their support for BCL was simply ignored during the approval process, BCL certainly has a case for review.
