I assure you that ABG and the landowners have not signed any proxy documents authorising anyone to vote their "shares".
They have not been able to vote their "shares", nor are they able to even nominate their own representatives
Feel free to call the ABG Mining Secretary Himata to confirm the same
I think the "share transfer" is just smoke and mirrors.. Or maybe someone thinks that the ABG and landowners will be happy just to wait for their financial windfall without exercising their rights
