RTG are planning to develop the mine, in a similar modular fashion as they did Masbate. They are not going to onsell it to the highest bidder
That is effectively what BCL are doing, by confirming they need to introduce a development partner
And if you want to talk about world league football ... then this would be like BCL being relegated for the next 2 years. Out of the spot light, not to be heard of, back in the little leagues ...
