BCL saga, page-46

This is an interesting article giving the stance/ views of the BCL liquidator in more detail. It is lengthy, and came out back on 24th Feb., but the last 4 paragraphs look at the Dubai group position potential without offering anything concrete at that time. Though he is of course very strict in how a sale or sales of asset(s) would be conducted he seems to say that if a single buyer came in and took everything he could do that, then cover the disbursements for KPMG and creditors from the sale proceeds, seemingly without too much delay.

One thing I did not personally know is that apparently the smelter is able to treat BCL ore and Tati ore, but cannot treat some other ores. He does not mention Nkomati ore, but we know BCL was treating that, and of course no reference to BML or Maibele North/Polaris.
