Hi N...very good question. To me personally, given the way the liquidator talks about the (fairly) rigid way they do the liquidations there, it's what I would expect, but who knows? Probably (as others have said) no smoke without fire.
Something seems to be going on, but nothing concrete will be announced till KPMG or the Court are ready. In earlier article Warren was saying ....unless the circumstances are different because the Court gave the 30 day leave (my words, not his).....I think the procedure was they have the first meeting (the one which was to have been on the 7th Feb), then in April second meeting at which lists of potential buyers, creditors etc would be
released.
This was just how I read it....not necessarily cast in concrete, so until an announcement is made its hard to know if a buyer has made a concrete offer or not.
