These shares are not worthless at all. There is just one issue that has to be solved: The managing hardheads from Bayan, White & Kangaroo must start using their minds !
Bayan has cash, Kangaroo lots of low rank coal and White the upgrading technology to apply a hughe leverage for all parties involved. Getting your ducks in a row ?
