Kangaroo Resources is an Aussie company and one of Bayan´s main assets. Their stake in krl.ax is already deeply frozen by Aussie law until Judgement Day at Singapore. Should WEC suceed I am convinced that some interested parties will jump in to assist the recovering procedure. By the way: Bayan is in a position to pay a proper compensation to WEC.
