When in a trust,the holding is managed by the trustee.
Looked up that trust,but no info myself,but told that Drake still controls it.
There is a big advantage to Drakes actions that our glass half empty people don't realize: Drake is saving a lot of money by making the donation a deduction but almost certainly have a call option over all the shares so that when the move comes,their shareholders will benefit.
The trust usually has the right to assign any call to anyone they like as it is usually not a trading entity.

Drake are smart money managers and as such have smart ways of dealing with profits something that I doubt many who are posting here know much about.
