Thats a big call stating that eshmun .
The shareholders obviously feel it a worthy investment even without a JORC , so at the very lease shareholders that would be prepared to carry Convertible notes would also be prepared to finance this .
Also if the grade is there and there is a method to turn it into dore (now with what looks to be two alternative methods from today -correct me if I am wrong ) then the payback will be sufficient for the risk involved .
I admit I only have a small shareholding in this , but that is mainly because I am working on behalf of a trust and do not want to get ridiculed by the other trustees if this goes teets up .
(But always value your opinion eshmun even if contrary to mine !)
