    Your interpretation does not fit top 20 holding 97%, among them large institutional investors. Your interpretation would fit top 20 a relatively low percentage and a declining share price. We have moved sideways. It means our top 20 are not prepared to sell. They realize that BBX is cheap in terms of risk/reward.
