GAS had reduced income due to mild winter last year, which is not likely to be repeated, so this makes the BBI bid look even more opportunistic.
GAS also dropped from ASX 200 which was main cause of sp flop.
GAS will need a decent offer before accepting - shares held fairly tightly.
