I think it's great that a News Channel like BBC addresses finally the problem there is to successfully remove a brain tumor so that there are no follow up complications.
It looks like the microscope built like you said at the University of Michigan is a stand by unit which does the job to investigate the tumor margins!
Our system can investigate the cancer margins directly within the brain around the tumor area, which should have enormeous advantages and must me more accurate!
I think there must be somebody around to explain the differences more scientific!
