This should be settled within the next few weeks.
I know you've heard this before but I believe some progress has been made. This should at least improve the SP to .002c once announced.
There have been a few personnel changes at Bayer which have held things up I believe but I understand some people over there trying to cover their butts and handball this problem to others.

Progress has been made and I would say before end of April a settlement reached.
