Why would Bayer want to 'commercialise the DiagnostIQ test and Reader for an alpha amylase wheat quality test' after 'the termination of their agreements for the development and commercialisation of agricultural diagnostic products using Tyrian's DiagnostIQ platform'?
It would seem Bayer got out of the settlement with an empty promise.
Unless Bayer have changed their minds.
