    Looking at the topography it looks like the China "pit" was previously a hill/mountain that the old-timers flattened. Can this happen nowdays in Myanmar? Similar question with Yegon, can the overburden be just pushed into the valley below on the western side? Pretty bad practice I know but it doesn't look like inhabitable terrain so maybe developing world practices are allowed. Looks a pretty interesting story for someone new to this and the history of high grade mining gives exciting exploration upside. Amazing what you find when you're pointed in the right direction. Thank you PhilV!
