Not sure that the Tiwi lands council will be in a hurry to approve this mining lease. I live up here and know what they are like....
Having said that, if the money is right and jobs are on offer for the locals then its a real possibility.
Will be interesting to see how quickly the application is processed for approval....
one to watch thats for sure........
